Dr. Diana E. Miner is a licensed clinical neuropsychologist and forensic psychology specialist with over two decades of experience. Her career bridges clinical treatment, cognitive assessment, and legal consultation—giving her a distinctive ability to support both private clients and legal professionals.

Dr. Miner holds a PhD in Neuropsychology and master’s degrees in both Neuroscience and Psychology. Her work is rooted in evidence-based practices, delivered with warmth, clarity, and a deep respect for every individual she serves.

Leah Soto, BS in Psychology

Leah graduated from the University of Florida, Cum Laude, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Specialization in Behavioral and Cognitive Neuroscience. She also took coursework in Cognitive Neuroscience of Aging, Cognitive Psychology, Neuroimaging, and Lab Methods in Psychology. She has extensive training in psychometrics and assessment procedures. Leah was also on the Event Outreach team for the Undergraduate Psychology and Psychiatry Association. 

Leah continues to explore her passion in Clinical Neuropsychology as a psychometrist for Westport Behavioral Health where she collects data and writes comprehensive reports all under the supervision of a clinical neuropsychologist.

    My doctoral residency in Neuropsychology was at Yale University School of Medicine and Post-Doctoral studies in Adult and Pediatric Neuropsychology were at the University of Connecticut Medical Center, John Dempsey Hospital. I also trained at the Palo Alto Veterans Affairs Medical Center in CA, the Adler Geriatric Assessment Center in New Haven, CT and Gaylord Specialty Healthcare in Wallingford, CT.

  • I am a member of the American Psychological Association, American Academy of Clinical Neuropsychology and the American Academy of Forensic Psychology.

  • My main interests are in the neurobiological underpinnings of neurological and psychiatric disorders including mood disorders, ADD/ADHD, Traumatic Brain Injury and the various degenerative disorders such as Alzheimer's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson's Disease. I also perform return to work and fitness for duty evaluations, hardship evaluations for immigration and IME's.  I provide forensic case consultation and review for attorneys and serve as a consultant to various school districts in NY and CT, and to residential programs. I have worked in a variety of academic, hospital, and private settings in multidisciplinary teams and held leadership positions in rehabilitation facilities and behavioral health companies.
